Instructions for Bank Transfer:

You must add reference STUDENTS NAME when making any payment to us. Not doing so will cause unnecessary delay and you may miss out on your choice of batch and no receipt is acceptable without the sender details like sender's name/bank account number.

Here are our policies for refunds, changes, and substitutes:

Refunds: If you pay via Easypaisa, Card, PayPal, or Cash:

  • 75% of the course fee will be refunded if you inform us 14 days before your class starts.
  • 50% of the course fee will be refunded if you inform us 7 days before your class starts.
  • NO-REFUND if you fail to inform us 7 days before your class starts.


Changes and Substitutes:

If you cannot attend your class, you must inform us no later than 7 days before your class starts. This allows us to allocate your seat to someone else and reschedule your date to a future batch.

You can send someone as a substitute, but you must inform us at least 7 days before the course starts and receive our written approval.

Only one change or Substitution is allowed per student.


Exceptions:

The above policies do not apply in the case of an unfortunate event. Please talk to us as soon as possible, and we will try our best to accommodate you accordingly.

  • No fees will be refunded in the case of a change of mind.
  • No batch freezing no batch shifting is allowed once the course starts.
